My story...

I had never really struggled with my weight but as I got older my weight did start to creep up, mainly due to a lack of exercise, hormone changes and the hectic lifestyle I was leading.It was only when I saw some photo's of me in Mexico that I realised how big I had got. It was just the shock I needed to take some action. I decided to follow a very strict calorie controlled diet and began a regular exercise routine which resulted in me losing weight very quickly. I felt fantastic and people were complimenting me all the time on how good I looked. Naturally I wanted to maintain this fabulous feeling and so discovered the 30 minute workout and Power Plate sessions. I bore really easily and find the regular gyms quite intimidating (especially when you are a larger lady) so the fact that this workout consists of 30 seconds on each piece of equipment, meant that even my low boredom threshold was satisfied.

The studio is designed to be more personal, with staff always on hand to keep you motivated and to keep a watchful eye on you.....which means you stay on track and get results. Today I feel fitter, healthier and more toned and would highly recommend a visit.
